PV Capital Group has developed residential communities and commercial properties across multiple states. Our development work is focused primarily in the Mountain West, where we know the markets, the municipalities, and the contractors well. We also have completed projects in Texas and Ohio.

We are selective about what we develop. We keep our pipeline focused so that each project gets the attention it needs. The result is a track record of projects finished to a high standard, on a timeline that makes sense, and with the quality that holds its value after completion.

We handle the full development process in house, from identifying the right site and working through entitlements to overseeing construction and delivering a finished product. We work with experienced local contractors and consultants and maintain close oversight throughout every phase.

Our Development Process

1: Site Selection and Feasibility

Every project starts with a thorough evaluation of the site and the market. We look at demographics, demand, competitive supply, infrastructure, and the regulatory environment before committing to anything. Getting this right at the front end saves a lot of problems later.

2: Entitlement and Permitting

Entitlement is one of the more complicated parts of development, and it varies considerably by jurisdiction. Our team has worked with local planning commissions, municipalities, and regulatory agencies throughout the Mountain West and knows how to move projects through the approval process without unnecessary delays.

3: Construction Oversight

We stay closely involved through construction. We work with contractors who have a track record we trust, and we monitor progress at every stage. Our clients and partners receive regular updates and have direct access to our team throughout the build.

4: Project Completion

We deliver finished projects that meet the standards we set at the beginning. Whether a development is residential or commercial, our goal is a product that holds its value and reflects well on everyone involved.
