Because we are also developers and real estate investors ourselves, we understand what a good commercial project looks like from the inside. We have closed over $300,000,000 in financing since our origins in 2018.

PV Capital Group lends on commercial real estate projects throughout the United States. Our real estate development work is centered in the Mountain West, but our capital has no geographic restriction. We evaluate lending opportunities based on the quality of the asset, the strength of the sponsor, and the market fundamentals, not the zip code.

Lionel (Lee) Kraft
Lee is originally from Montana but now resides in Utah for the past 26 years. He had a 20 year career in financial markets and commercial banking, which included institutions such as PaineWebber-UBS, First Security Van Kasper-Wells Fargo, Keybank, and Capital Confidence Advisors. He then pursued his international interests for the next six years focusing on energy and real estate development in over a dozen countries.
Lee wanted to combine his experience in finance and development, leading to his Co-Founding of Palos Verdes Capital Land Group (PVCLG). Since its founding in 2018, Lee has been involved in over $300M of successful transactions and projects including single tenant commercial, multi-family, early education, and senior living in UT, CO, ID, MI, IN, and TX.
